Brasee.com will be what's known as the "Controller" of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you which does not include any special types of information or location-based information. This does however include your email address.

Why we need it

We need to know your basic personal data in order to associate your sheet music orders with your email address. This allows you to retrieve purchased sheet music by signing in to Brasee.com or by clicking the sheet music receipt sent to your email address. We do not collect any personal data that we do not need in order to provide or oversee this service to you.

What we do with it

All the personal data we collect is processed for us by PayPal in the event you purchase sheet music. Any financial information is handled solely by PayPal's systems, and we only have access to the PayPal tracking ID of your payment. We do not share your details with any other company.

We store the collected data on a secured server provided by a third-party hosting company in the United States.

What we would also like to do with it

In the future, we may wish to use your email address to inform you when new sheet music or other products are available. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via this web site or via email.

How long we keep your data

We will keep your data in our system for 3 years if you have not made any purchases during the life of your account, or indefinitely if you have purchased sheet music or another item. This is to provide you a means of accessing your purchased content. If you would like the account to be deleted, contact us to request this at any time.

What are your rights

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.
